Not all desires lead to freedom, but freedom is the experience of a desire to be recognized, is assumed and are looking for. The desire never implies the mere possession of something, but the transformation of something. Desire is a demand: the demand of the eternal now. Freedom is not the fulfillment of that desire, but recognition of its supreme importance.
