The April 23, 2009 was declared "Illustrious Citizen of the Party of San Nicolas de los Arroyos" the now defunct sannicoleño poet César Bustos. The ceremony took place in the Legislative Council of the City of San Nicolás and was attended by Cesar Bustos (h), who received the award on behalf of his father. Accompanying relatives of the poet and great friends, as Alfredo Omar Busch (promoter of such management) and Mario Verandi-mates, in addition, Don Cesar in the group Middle Creek poets. The ceremony was also attended by other local authors and local authorities.
